Shipping Methods and Costs

1. Domestic Shipping (UK Mainland)

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. In some cases, depending on product availability and nature, processing may take slightly longer.
Made-to-order items require additional processing time and are generally shipped within 7 to 10 working days.
Shipping to the UK Mainland is free of charge. We use Royal Mail Tracked (2 to 4 working days) or Evri for most shipments.
Larger items are shipped via DPD or another suitable courier, based on size and weight.
All orders are shipped using trackable delivery services, except for small items, which are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter.

2. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping costs are displayed at checkout once the item is added to the basket and the delivery address is entered.
Items weighing less than 2 kg are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked, with a delivery window of 10 to 14 working days.
Larger items are shipped via Evri, Parcelforce, or UPS, also with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 14 working days.
